For the new Lammhults Design Group showroom in central Stockholm, we set out to rethink the idea of a traditional display space and instead create a place that feels alive with ideas and possibility. At Norrlandsgatan 20, the interior unfolds as a sequence of rooms where light, material and movement shape how we encounter furniture, acoustics and atmospheres.
Drawing on the heritage and craft of the four brands Lammhults, Abstracta, Fora Form and Ragnars, we developed a spatial framework that balances history with a forward-looking language. Rather than presenting objects in isolation, the showroom is experienced as holistic environments for conversation, work and pause—spaces to inhabit, imagine and connect. The project explores the shared life of design: not only how things look, but how they support the way we feel and interact.
